Process Of Admission
Admissions are granted to students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and from various communities. Admission to GGHS is purely based on seat availability. However, siblings of existing children would be given priority. All applicants (online/offline) will be invited via email for document verification, identification, and school tour. Registration is not a guarantee for admission. However, the school management reserves the right to grant admission to any child.
Required Documents during Verification and Identification Process at the school
Printout of the online application acknowledgement received via Email/SMS (for online applicants).
Attested copy ID and Residence Proof
Original and 1 Attested Copy of Birth certificate of the student.
Attested copy of Immunization History
Acknowledgement receipt issued by the school at the time of form submission (for offline applicants).
Report Card and Transfer Certificate ( Class 2 onwards )
2 passport size photographs of the child and 1 each of the parents/guardians
Copy of Pan Card and Adhaar Card of the parents.
Registration for Admission
Collection of the Application Form from the school front desk on payment of Rs. 1000/- or registering online for the same.
In case of separation, the school shall give cognizance only to court orders. Valid legal documents have to be furnished at the time of verification regarding custody rights of the child.
Payment of Fees
Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.
In case a child/ children has/ have to stay with their guardian’s, then a consent letter from both parents with valid proof of parenthood has to be submitted at the time of registration in order to give due cognizance to guardian’s signature or role. In case the child does not have parents, then legal proof of guardianship will be required.
