Admissions Overview
At GGHS, we welcome students from diverse backgrounds who are eager to excel academically and grow holistically. Our admissions process is designed to assess the potential of each applicant and ensure that they are a good fit for our educational environment
Age Criteria:
- Toddlers (Pre-Nursery): 2+ years
- Nursery: 3+ years
- KG: 4+ years
- UKG: 5+ years
- Grade 1: 5.6+ years
Please note that these criteria are subject to change based on government notifications.
Admission Process
1. Registration: Registration forms for the academic session 2024-2025 will be available on our school website. Early registration is recommended as it helps us manage the admission process efficiently.
2. Admission Criteria:
- Toddlers (Pre-Nursery) & Nursery: Direct admissions are available for these classes.
- KG & UKG: Admissions are based on an interaction with the child to understand their readiness for the curriculum.
- Grade I & II: Admission involves an interaction with the Head of the Foundational Wing.
- Grade III-VIII: Students will need to sit for an entrance exam followed by an interaction with the Head of the Primary Wing.
- Grade IX & XI: Admission includes an entrance exam and an interaction with the Head of the Senior School.
Important Notes
- Uniform and Books: These are not included in the fee structure and will need to be purchased separately.
- Additional Charges: There will be extra costs for excursions, school trips, Annual Day, Sports Day, etc.
- Fee Revision: Fees are subject to annual revision based on cost adjustments.
Ensuring a Smooth Admission
1. Documentation: Please ensure you carry the following documents during the form submission process:
- Birth certificate of the child
- Vaccination record of the child
- Transfer Certificate (original) from the previous school (for grades above 2)
- Residential proof
- Identity proofs of both parents
- Aadhar Card of the child and both parents

3. Payment of Fees:
- Fees can be paid via an EzyPay payment link shared on a quarterly basis.
- Cheques and demand drafts are subject to clearance in our account. Please note that the fee receipt will be provided upon receipt of the UTR number.
- Cheques and demand drafts should be drawn in favor of “Gurugram Global Heights School” payable at Ex Delhi.
