School Transport
The school transport routes are revised every session and drawn up afresh after giving due consideration to the convenience of the parents and the students. However, the decision of the school authorities about the routes, timings, pick-up point etc. will be final. Parents should contact the transport incharge of the school for necessary details.
Kindly do not make the school transport wait as it causes inconvenience to others.
Parents must ensure that their ward is present five minutes before the scheduled time at the ‘pick up’ point. Nanny or drivers will neither go to the child’s house to pick or drop nor any call will be made to the parents for the same.
Parents must cooperate with the school authorities in inculcating regularity and discipline. They must take an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
Parents must update the school and furnish evidence (as and when required) in case of any change in office address, residential address, contact details or email ID.
Parents must bring the ID card issued to them by the school to pick up their wards from school or bus stop.
Parents must give one month’s notice/ bus charges in lieu of notice prior to the withdrawal of school transport services of their ward.
Parent/Self Vehicle Driven By Hired Driver:
Private Transport:
Every transport vehicle hired directly by the parents must have mother volunteer/parent authorized lady attendant, accompanying children during each trip.
The credentials of the driver/vehicle hired by the parents privately must confirm to the provisions of the HARYANA MOTOR VEHICLE RULES and other government agencies.
The parents must ensure that the private vehicle operators who ferry their children to school must possess the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the police authorities. The details of the same must be submitted on the prescribed format to the school without delay.
In case of vehicle hired by parents without the school’s authorization, the school authorities must be informed of the arrangement. The name and address of the authorized person/s along with valid ID card must be submitted.
