School Transport

School Transport

The school transport routes are revised every session and drawn up afresh, carefully considering the convenience of the parents. However, the decision of the school authorities regarding the routes, timings, pick-up points, etc., will be final. Parents should contact the Transport Incharge of the school for necessary details.

Kindly do not make the school transport wait, as it causes inconvenience to others.

Parents must cooperate with the school authorities in inculcating regularity and discipline. They must take an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.

Parents must update the school and furnish evidence (as and when required) in case of any change in office address, residential address, contact details, or email ID.

The school provides one student ID card and one copy of the Parent's ID card to every student. (The school has the provision of issuing an extra Parent copy of the ID card upon request).

Entry inside the school premises will be permitted on the basis of the ID card only.

It is mandatory for parents to carry their ID card when they visit the school. It is the responsibility of the parents to get the ID card reprinted in case of any change in the contact numbers, residential address, or in case of loss of the same. A duplicate card can be obtained from the school.

The Almanac and ID card should be carried by the students to school every day. Parents must bring the Parent Identity Card to pick up their wards from school or the bus stop.

Parents must give one month's notice or bus charges in lieu of notice prior to the withdrawal of school transport services for their ward.

Private Transport:

Every transport vehicle hired by the parents must compulsorily have GPS and CCTV arrangements in working condition at the time of commutation, with access to the parents.

The credentials of the driver/vehicle hired by the parents privately must conform to the provisions of the Haryana Motor Vehicle Rules and other Government regulation.

The parents must ensure that the private vehicle operators who ferry their children to school possess a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the police authorities. The details of the same must be submitted on the prescribed proforma to the school without delay.

Police verification of the driver's ID and its renewal is the responsibility of the parent, and the school shall not be responsible for the same.

Kindly ensure that the vehicle is abiding by traffic rules.

We reiterate that the school will not be responsible for the safety of the students who choose to travel by private transport.

The students coming to school by private cabs must submit the declaration-cum-undertaking. A sample of the same is attached.
