The foundational stage is where a child’s journey of learning and growth begins. We focus on nurturing curious, confident, and happy learners through a child-centered approach inspired by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and play-based learning.
Our core value is creating a safe and happy environment. We believe children learn best when they feel secure, valued, and emotionally supported. Every classroom is a warm and welcoming space where children are encouraged to explore, express, and engage freely.
We aim to build strong foundations in language and numeracy—helping children read with understanding, communicate confidently, and develop basic mathematical skills through play and meaningful experiences.
Our educators act as gentle facilitators, fostering independence, creativity, and positive relationships. With consistent routines and a caring environment, we ensure every child feels a sense of belonging.
At this stage, happiness and learning go hand in hand, shaping confident learners for life.

I, Sulekha Sharma, envision growth as a thoughtful blend of academic excellence and holistic development. Guided by frameworks like 21st Century Skills, I strive to cultivate critical thinking, adaptability, and self-direction among students. I focus on creating personalized learning pathways, strengthening teacher practices, and ensuring student well-being remains central. I also see this phase as a bridge to future readiness, where learners gain clarity about their aspirations and build essential life skills. As John Dewey said, “Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself,” and I aim to make every experience meaningful and empowering.

The Middle Wing at Gurugram Global Heights School is a vibrant stage where young learners begin to explore the world with curiosity, confidence, and creativity. Inspired by Rabindranath Tagore’s vision of education, we believe that learning should nurture freedom of thought, imagination, and a deep connection with life beyond textbooks. At this stage, our focus is to encourage students to question, explore, and discover their unique abilities. Through experiential learning, collaborative activities, and meaningful classroom interactions, we aim to create an environment where knowledge is joyful and learning becomes a journey of self-discovery. Aligned with the spirit of India’s New Education Policy (NEP) 2020, we strive to develop compassionate hearts and confident minds—students who think independently, respect diversity, and grow into responsible global citizens.
